30-Day Returns - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

We fully stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain conditions apply, and not all products are eligible for returns. We absolutely do not accept any returns after 30 days; please inspect all products upon receipt. Returning Items Purchased Online

To ensure a prompt and accurate processing of your return, please contact us via online chat or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

If you made your purchase through an online marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Google Shopping, please initiate your return through your marketplace account.

Before contacting us, please take note of the following:

  1. Free Returns are applicable only to select items in the contiguous 48 United States; exclusions may apply to freight, Daily Sale, Open Box items, and others.
  2. If your item qualifies for Free Return Shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please drop off your package at an authorized drop-off location as pick-up service is not included.
  3. All returned items must be sent back in their original shipping boxes and packing materials.
  4. Non-residential sales are subject to separate policies and conditions; please contact our Professionals team for further information.

When shipping your order back to us:

  1. Write the RMA on the pre-printed return address form included with your order or from your RMA email. Fill out the returns form, pack it with your item, and attach the address label to the outside of the box. Ship your return via FedEx or UPS and obtain a tracking number.
  2. Once we receive the product in good condition at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product amount and tax to your original payment method.
  3. Please note that shipping charges for purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

Returning or Exchanging Delivered Product

Used products cannot be returned to our warehouse. If there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us to process a return or exchange. For items purchased and delivered, if it's a case of ordering the wrong product or simply not wanting it anymore, they must be shipped back to our warehouse at the buyer's expense. These items must be returned using the original shipping box and packaging materials.

Returning Online Purchases Made at Amazon and Other Marketplaces

If you purchased from us through Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, Google Shopping, or other maketplaces, please log into your marketplace account to initiate your return; all returns must be initiated through these websites. Purchases made through these marketplaces cannot be returned to a Lamps Plus retail location.

Refund Processing and Time

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the warehouse receives and inspects the returned product, confirming no issues. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, including the product amount and taxes.

 

Please note the following information:

  1. We do not have a physical store. Returns cannot be made to our Store locations.
  2. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.(We usually offer free shipping.)
  4. We will cover the shipping costs for returns, and we will provide a free return label. (Please contact us before returning the item.)
  5. There are no restocking fees for any returns.
  6. Once our warehouse receives the products in good condition, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
  7. When applicable, replacement parts will be issued to repair the damaged item. If the item is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, a new item will be provided for you.
