Economy Shipping and Delivery
We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S., so please confirm that you are within our delivery area before placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your state. We understand that you want your order delivered as quickly and economically as possible. Currently, we only offer economy shipping, which typically takes 5 to 8 business days and includes free shipping.

In the United States, we ship via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, the United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx SmartPost (which uses USPS for final delivery to the package's destination).

Orders for shipments within the United States received before 2 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2 PM Pacific Time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the continental United States (excluding postal mailboxes, APO, and FPO addresses).

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually processed and shipped within the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after dispatch.

How to Track Your Order
Once payment is approved and your shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain an order number that you can use to track your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep. You can also track your order using the carrier's shipping tracking system. Track your order on Honnecl.

Things to Know

  • It may take up to 24 hours from the time of shipment for tracking information to be available for viewing.
  • Oversized and heavy items must be shipped by freight carriers and can only be delivered to the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping times for the contiguous 48 states range from 5 to 8 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping location.
  • Our free shipping offer applies only to select items and is applicable only for shipments to the contiguous 48 states.

PO Box, APO, and FPO Addresses
We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship to any PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses.

Overnight or 2nd and 3rd Day Express
I'm sorry, but we currently only offer standard shipping. We regret that we are unable to provide expedited shipping services for urgent product deliveries at this time.

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed items in stock, occasionally certain items may sell out. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will promptly send you an email update. You can then choose to proceed and keep the order or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Please note that most items ship within 1 to 2 business days, with some items shipping the same day as the order, so we need to know your request to change or cancel an order as soon as possible.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email of cancellation.

Damaged Items
We take every effort to package items so they arrive safely at your doorstep. Despite our best efforts, damages can occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged item, we will promptly replace it. Please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and retain all packaging boxes and materials. Contact customer service via email.
